What is HIXIH’s warranty policy?
All HIXIH commercial truck tires come with a standard 3-year manufacturer's limited warranty covering defects in workmanship and materials.
How do I submit a warranty claim?
Claims can be submitted through your dealer or distributor only. Documentation of the tire’s serial number, proof of purchase, and photos may be required.
What’s covered under warranty?
Workmanship and material defects. Damage from road hazards, improper maintenance, or misuse is not covered.
What is considered road hazard damage?
Road hazard damage includes:
• Cuts, punctures, impact breaks
• Sidewall damage, bruising, stone drilling

• Underinflation or overinflation
• Using mismatched or poorly maintained equipment
• Overloading beyond rated capacity
• Reckless or abusive driving habits (e.g., excessive speeding, hard cornering)

Does the HIXIH warranty cover used tires?
No. Only new tires purchased from authorized dealers are eligible for warranty claims.
